TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Telco): Driving new business and expanding existing accounts for hirify.global’s Identity Security solutions within the UK&I Telco territory with an accent on consultative sales, business impact, and strategic engagement. Focus on uncovering business problems, mapping them to hirify.global’s value, and leveraging AI-enabled sales tools to achieve lasting business impact.

Location: Must be based within the UK&I territory, focusing on UK HQ Multinational Companies.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to close.
  • Own and manage sales pipeline and forecast with rigor, leveraging structured methodologies and tools.
  • Deliver business outcomes through consultative selling of hirify.global’s platform.
  • Build executive and multi-level relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate collaboration with solution specialists and internal teams.
  • Work across the ecosystem with channel partners, GSIs, and hyperscalers.
  • Own and execute territory strategy and comprehensive account plans.
  • Leverage AI-enabled sales tools to extract insights and increase productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex enterprise deals in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to expand within existing customers and manage quota.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, including identity security, PAM, IAM, and Zero Trust.
  • Experience working with channel partners, cloud providers, and GSIs to accelerate go-to-market.
  • Strong executive presence, influencing skills, and commercial curiosity.
  • Skilled in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and comfortable using Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
