• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design, Scrum) to deliver high-quality products.
• Create risk-based testing approaches and plans focusing on user experiences.
• Automate testing processes, making informed decisions on what, how, and when to automate.
• Mentor team members, guiding them on technical and quality best practices.

Requirements

• Strong focus on quality, understanding the big picture to improve quality and velocity.
• Solid experience testing backend and data-heavy systems, validating pipelines and service outputs.
• Ability to design tests for complex logic, APIs, and large datasets, creating automated checks.
• Track record of mentoring and improving team members.
• Customer-driven mindset, adapting testing approaches to user workflows.

Nice to have

• Front-end automation experience (e.g., Playwright, Selenium).
• Exposure to sports or the sports technology industry.
• Knowledge of Football Event data or analytics.
