Salary: £64,000 - £107,000 GBP

What you will do

  • Drive measurable improvements in product quality and delivery speed.
  • Collaborate closely with coworkers across Engineering, Product, Design and Scrum to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Create risk-based testing approaches and plans that focus on user experiences.
  • Make informed decisions on what, how and when to automate.
  • Guide others on the team to raise their bar and influence teams to incorporate quality best practices.

Requirements

  • A focus on quality and striving to improve quality and velocity.
  • In-depth experience with testing desktop and web applications.
  • Deep knowledge of automation and its industry-recognised principles.
  • Experience implementing the test pyramid and working with developers and QA to shift testing left.
  • A customer focus and thinking critically about user experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Playwright.
  • Familiarity with hardware and working with relevant hardware products, such as wearable devices.
