Location: This role is based at our riverside headquarters in Oxford or our studio in Warwick, offering hybrid options based on individual needs. This role is only open to applicants who have the permanent right to work in the UK. What you will do

• Write robust test plans for every feature, covering all paths, edge cases, and sneaky combos.
• Hunt down risks before they hit production.
• Think systemically about how features interact across the game and its systems.
• Lead and mentor the squad, sharing knowledge and experience.
• Communicate clearly with designers, devs, and production to spot and explain problems.

Requirements

• Proven QA experience in the world of games.
• Ability to craft detailed test plans without a guide.
• Ability to think about edge cases, system interactions, and risk, not just golden paths.
• Ability to mentor others and keep the team sharp.
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate their ongoing eligibility to work in the UK without the need for employer sponsorship.
