Salary: $90,000–$110,000

What you will do

• Develop code for data ingestion, cleaning, and processing for life sciences clients.
• Build, run, and troubleshoot data processes, reports, and advanced dashboards.
• Synthesize results and communicate with clients on data processing and project deliverables.
• Serve as a client point of contact and liaison, leading client sub-teams.
• Guide, train, and oversee the work of Associate Consultants.
• Independently complete advanced analytical work.

Requirements

• PhD or Bachelor's/Master's with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative aptitude with an interest in coding.
• Basic coding skills (Python, SAS, SQL, R).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
