• Advance personalization strategies through embeddings and context-aware algorithms.

• Mentor a team of scientists to drive research best practices and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• PhD or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional industry experience in machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, JAX, or PyTorch.
• Proven track record building production-grade search, recommendation, or personalization systems.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
