Salary: $136,000–$160,000 USD (Zone 1 - Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC); $120,000–$141,000 USD (Zone 2 - Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL); $106,000–$125,000 USD (Zone 3 - Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

What you will do
- Own product marketing, go-to-market strategy, positioning, and evergreen initiatives for hirify.global Crypto’s onchain products.
- Translate technical concepts into clear narratives and messaging that resonate with developers and ecosystem partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, lifecycle, performance, creative, social, events, communications, legal, and compliance) to define and deliver strategic growth initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to product and engineering, helping inform roadmaps based on developer feedback, ecosystem insights, and market dynamics.
- Develop differentiated narratives and messaging informed by user insights, testing, and a deep understanding of the target audience.
- Define success metrics and track impact in partnership with product and data science teams, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in product marketing in tech (developer products a plus).
- Strong go-to-market leadership, including shaping positioning, messaging, and integrated launch plans across channels.
- Ability to break down complex concepts so they’re simple, clear, and human.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to lead cross-functionally through influence.
- Data-informed decision making, including familiarity with experimentation and performance measurement.
- Comfort operating in regulated products and partnering closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias toward action.
- English: B2 required.
