Location: Hybrid (California, USA). In-office collaboration is required for 10+ days a month.

Salary: $180,000–$225,000 USD (Annual Base Salary)

What you will do

• Build the vision for payments solutions using the XRP ledger to reduce friction in global money movement.
• Develop and test solutions for liquidity, payments, and FX challenges using decentralized finance tools (onchain liquidity pools, decentralized exchange, stablecoins).
• Create and communicate product stories and requirements to guide cross-functional teams.
• Set and drive performance benchmarks and indicators using data.
• Partner with engineering, sales, and business development to define, build, and maintain growth-critical products.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry, with 4-5 years in a core product management role.
• Proven track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products.
• Demonstrated experience building and launching products.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and communicate across teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive influence and resolve conflict.
• Strategic problem-solver.
