What you will do
- Define and execute the merchandising strategy for inventory, offers, and product attributes across all global brands.
- Lead product roadmaps for core discovery features, including ranking, sorting, filters, and badging.
- Architect scalable systems to support automated decisioning and real-time context.
- Drive experimentation and data-backed initiatives to improve relevance, clarity, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, pricing, and supply teams to ensure consistent platform delivery.
- Coach and develop product managers to ensure rigor and strong judgment in retail-focused product work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on ecommerce or high-volume retail.
- Strong expertise in ranking, relevance, discovery, and A/B experimentation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
- Deep experience creating structured roadmaps for sophisticated retail or platform systems.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to turn insights into actionable product strategies.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
