Salary: $208,000 – $358,500 (depending on location and experience).

What you will do

  • Define and execute the merchandising strategy for inventory, offers, and product attributes across all global brands.
  • Lead product roadmaps for core discovery features, including ranking, sorting, filters, and badging.
  • Architect scalable systems to support automated decisioning and real-time context.
  • Drive experimentation and data-backed initiatives to improve relevance, clarity, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, pricing, and supply teams to ensure consistent platform delivery.
  • Coach and develop product managers to ensure rigor and strong judgment in retail-focused product work.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on ecommerce or high-volume retail.
  • Strong expertise in ranking, relevance, discovery, and A/B experimentation.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
  • Deep experience creating structured roadmaps for sophisticated retail or platform systems.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to turn insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background in platform scaling for multi-brand or multi-market environments.
  • Technical fluency in system design, APIs, and ML-driven signals for retail outcomes.
  • Experience with pricing clarity and dynamic content models.
