What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Certent Equity Management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the market, ideal customer profile (ICP), and product capabilities.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
• Serve as an internal and external product evangelist, educating and persuading stakeholders about product value.
• Build and deliver compelling sales enablement programs and just-in-time enablement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years focused on product marketing.
• Proven expertise in equity management is preferred.
• Proven track record in executing product launches and creating marketing strategies that drive results.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and inspire technical and business-focused audiences.
