What you will do

• Design and execute Go-to-Market strategies for all hirify.global products.
• Lead end-to-end product launches, coordinating across various teams.
• Integrate new product flows into existing commercial processes like pricing, sales, and onboarding.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, assess commercialization effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Plan and manage commercial cycles in close collaboration with sales and product teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or commercialization, ideally in fintech or payments.
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting.
• Strong project management, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Comfort with process design and integration.
