What you will do

  • Lead and mentor mobile marketing teams to drive global user acquisition and lifecycle growth for flagship mobile titles.
  • Architect data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals and evolving privacy landscapes.
  • Develop and own go-to-market plans and strategic vision for upcoming mobile launches and live services.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including branding, mobile UA, ASO, platform partnerships, and creative development.
  • Influence cross-functional leadership to align on growth priorities and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Own multi-year paid media strategy, integrating AI, automation, and advanced measurement frameworks.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in leading integrated business and marketing plans for measurable growth.
  • Experience leading product launch campaigns at scale, especially for mobile products.
  • Strong track record of building trusted partnerships with game development studios and publishing teams.
  • Experience in multi-title mobile publishing environments, focusing on player acquisition and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of the evolving mobile marketing ecosystem, including platform privacy changes and ad tech innovation.
  • Mastery of mobile ecosystems, platforms, channels, ASO, and user acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Work authorization for the US is required due to US-specific benefits (401k, health insurance).
