What you will do
- Architect and execute high-velocity thumbnail growth experiments on Roblox.
- Develop and execute comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategies for multiple games.
- Develop messaging frameworks, brand narratives, and marketing copy across platforms.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, updates, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Run data-backed experiments and report performance and insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in website/platform optimization techniques, conversion rate optimization, and user experience design.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in gaming, tech, entertainment, or consumer digital products.
- Experience running A/B tests, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams of executive and non-executive, technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through experimentation.
- Obsessively data-driven with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
