Senior Strategist

Location: Hybrid, working in-office Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays in New York, New York

Salary: $120,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Develop creative strategies and initiatives to address client brand goals and produce associated presentation materials.
• Define, scope, and brief teams on all deliverables, managing client expectations throughout the design process.
• Manage day-to-day pitch and proposal work in partnership with the broader Strategy team.
• Communicate and build strong relationships with senior partners across top clients and their agencies.
• Lead and pitch fully integrated brand, content, and social strategy proposals across agency clients.
• Work cross-functionally with hirify.global teams throughout the project lifecycle to drive scalable client solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of work experience in a strategic role.
• Strong understanding of both brand and social strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, storytelling, presentation, and people skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize for self and others.
• Willingness to work hours as required by workload, sometimes including weekends, plus ability to travel as needed.
• Must work in-office Monday-Thursday, with a remote work day on Fridays.
