What you will do

• Drive innovation in experimentation research, shaping measurement frameworks and developing new methodologies.
• Advance experimentation infrastructure and tooling using statistical and machine learning methods.
• Mentor and guide less-senior data scientists in experimentation and causal inference.
• Partner with product managers and business leaders to identify high-impact experimentation opportunities.
• Act as a thought leader, evangelizing best practices and fostering learning across teams.
• Contribute to research and prototyping of novel experimentation techniques for complex real-world challenges.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, with at least 2+ years in a mentoring or technical leadership capacity.
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages (e.g., R or Python) for causal inference and experimental analysis.
• Expertise in causal inference techniques and designing randomized/quasi-experiments.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence data strategies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
