What you will do

• Partner with diverse teams to ensure localization procedures align with product launch calendars.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple teams and release cycles.
• Champion localization requirements and advocate for feature implementation within PlayStation’s internal tool ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new localization features and APIs, including third-party integrations.
• Identify opportunities to refine localization QA processes and introduce automation solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize localization workflows and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Education: BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in localization, internationalization, or technical program management.
• Proven track record managing localization QA, automation, or engineering programs within a global organization.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe settings.
• In-depth understanding of localization testing, internationalization issues, and multi-language release pipelines.
• Working knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL) for tool automation/data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with localization test automation or AI-assisted translation quality evaluation.
• Experience in the video game, digital entertainment, or consumer technology industries.
• Native-level fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, or Arabic.
