What you will do

• Provide strong strategic partnership with Senior Leadership Team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understand the technology landscape and connect the dots across various programs to accelerate program delivery.
• Partner with Product Managers to unblock and guide program teams' delivery across initiatives.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations and drive them to closure.
• Drive the creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness.
• Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos.

Requirements

• Demonstrated strong Program Management leadership experience, including 10+ years leading multiple complex SaaS development projects.
• Excellent influencing skills and the ability to build strong partnerships across organizations.
• Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences.
• Good understanding of SaaS technologies and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Computer science or technical education or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with large horizontal programs in close partnership with executive leadership.
