TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (compensation dependent on geographic location).

What you will do

  • Drive efficiencies through financial and operational metrics, analysis, and reporting for executive leadership.
  • Support financial planning and analysis processes, including monthly close and quarterly forecasting cycles.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, sales operations, and marketing on strategic initiatives like pricing and go-to-market.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships to improve financial practices, implement new processes, and enhance business strategy.
  • Own and deliver 2–3 major cross-functional engineering or infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
  • Implement a robust OKR cadence, ensuring all engineering teams set, track, and report OKRs with clear visibility.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in engineering operations, program or project management, technical program management, or technical support roles, ideally within a SaaS or software company.
  • Experience working with engineering teams (e.g., dev, ops, SRE, product).
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks, agile methodologies, and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
