What you will do

• Lead and manage complex programs from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and external vendors, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Architect comprehensive program plans, meticulously defining scope, resource allocation, and schedules, while mitigating risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across technology and go-to-market teams to ensure optimal resource efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements within the Enterprise PMO.
• Communicate program health through regular updates, providing clear progress reports, risk assessments, and status updates.
• Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables meet program requirements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Mandatory Professional Certification: You must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) credential.
• Deep understanding of program management methodologies, specifically Agile and Waterfall.
• Expert-level proficiency in enterprise project management tools; specific experience with Smartsheet and Jira is highly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to assess complex risks and manage resource utilization for successful program outcomes.
