What you will do

  • Own and execute territory growth strategies aligned with NXP’s Intelligent Edge vision.
  • Forge strong partnerships with distribution leaders and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Develop joint business plans with distribution partners to integrate demand creation initiatives.
  • Deliver consistent training for distribution teams on New Product Introductions (NPIs) and NXP solutions.
  • Lead execution of local and corporate-driven marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners.
  • Perform regular funnel reviews, drive follow-up on opportunities, and engage in joint customer visits.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor technical sales, distribution management, or field applications engineering.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to stay current with evolving technologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel (primarily domestic).

Nice to have

  • Experience with distribution management and QBR processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, funnel management, and opportunity review best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
