Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base pay with additional commission

What you will do
- Lead the strategy, recruitment, and acquisition of new Partners, providing a world-class onboarding experience.
- Guide existing Partners through the process to develop new hirify.global integration offerings and create an active pipeline to exceed targets.
- Provide strategic guidance to partners to drive growth and deliver successful joint solutions.
- Collaborate with hirify.global Partner and Product teams to uncover key areas for new monetization opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, channel sales, partner management, or a related field.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in public-facing engagement.
- Experience achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar sales management tools.
Nice to have
- Experience working with technology, SaaS, or ecosystem-based partnerships.
- Experience supporting sales or alliance teams in a revenue-driven environment.
