TL;DR

Partner Sales Manager: Growing indirect channel revenue by nurturing strategic partnerships and generating partner opportunities with an accent on pipeline and bookings flow, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on identifying key partners, anticipating industry trends, and aligning regional sales with suitable partners to meet revenue targets.

Location: Remote (USA - specifically Utah, Colorado). Ability to travel up to 50%.

Salary: $81,600.00 - $143,400.00

What you will do

  • Develop and enhance relationships with partners in the assigned region to ensure pipeline and booking flow meets revenue targets.
  • Identify key partners well-positioned to deliver pipeline or bookings to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Present to regional partners on industry trends, products, and sales tools, proactively anticipating needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional hirify.global teams to address partner needs and create a world-class experience.
  • Align regional sales teams with relevant partners through targeted demand generation and account mapping activities.
  • Proactively prevent and assist with issues or conflicts during opportunity registration and field engagement processes.

Requirements

  • Experience collaborating with partners in the Reseller/VAR and TSD space.
  • Strong understanding of opportunity qualification, deal cycles, and forecasting accuracy.
  • 5+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to recruit and develop top partners in the assigned region.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
