What you will do
- Develop and enhance relationships with partners in the assigned region to ensure pipeline and booking flow meets revenue targets.
- Identify key partners well-positioned to deliver pipeline or bookings to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Present to regional partners on industry trends, products, and sales tools, proactively anticipating needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional hirify.global teams to address partner needs and create a world-class experience.
- Align regional sales teams with relevant partners through targeted demand generation and account mapping activities.
- Proactively prevent and assist with issues or conflicts during opportunity registration and field engagement processes.
Requirements
- Experience collaborating with partners in the Reseller/VAR and TSD space.
- Strong understanding of opportunity qualification, deal cycles, and forecasting accuracy.
- 5+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to recruit and develop top partners in the assigned region.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
