What you will do
- Lead and develop SDR & BDR teams to qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities, creating high-quality pipeline for the EMEA sales team.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor SDRs and BDRs through ongoing coaching, shadowing, and performance reporting.
- Build scalable training programs focused on sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
- Define, manage, and optimize KPIs and metrics for the SDR and BDR teams, leveraging advanced reporting and technology.
- Build strong partnerships with Demand Generation, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Coach and develop high-performing SDRs and BDRs into future Account Executives and other key roles.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading sales development teams, with a track record of exceeding goals in both inbound and outbound sales environments.
- 2+ years of direct sales development, business development, or pipeline generation experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools (Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Highly data-driven and analytical, with a passion for process optimization and performance improvement.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with Demand Generation, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Willingness to be in office at least 2x per week (Monday and Thursday)
