TL;DR

Sales Development Manager (EMEA): Leading and developing a team of SDRs and Commercial BDRs, driving top-of-funnel activities and generating high-quality opportunities with an accent on performance optimisation and professional advancement. Focus on implementing data-driven and AI empowered strategies to enhance inbound and outbound functions.

Location: Dublin, Ireland. Must work from office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a diverse team of SDRs and Commercial BDRs, focusing on skill-building and career growth.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive top-of-funnel activities and generate high-quality opportunities.
  • Use data to identify trends, enhance team performance, and ensure consistent achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with broader business objectives and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Drive recruiting, onboarding, and development of new XDR talent while fostering an inclusive culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to draw conclusions and optimise team performance.
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, including outbound prospecting and closing new business.
  • Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced environments and managing change effectively.
  • Passionate about sales, technology, and AI.
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
