What you will do

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand needs and business objectives.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor usage metrics and address adoption hurdles proactively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and integrations to propose value effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and influence continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in the UK/I market.
  • Exceptional inside sales experience in a metrics-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Motivated, coachable, and competitive go-getter with resilience.
  • Energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to CRM applications (Salesforce) for managing leads, opportunities, and accounts.
