Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development, with significant experience in Platform, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• 5+ years of experience managing an Engineering team of six or more engineers, ideally focused on Platform, SRE, or core infrastructure.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence, including experience with incident management and building high-availability/fault-tolerant microservices.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), monitoring, alerting, and automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Strong technical foundations to navigate tradeoffs and ensure well-tested, maintainable deliverables.
• Understanding of Developer Experience principles and infrastructure cost management/optimization.
