What you will do

• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather and document software requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories aligned to project goals.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams for shared understanding.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Review system enhancements with project stakeholders and complete impact analysis.
• Create flow diagrams and documentation outlining workflows and technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent in the technology industry.
• Experience collecting, documenting, and managing system requirements from stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify business needs and drive practical solutions.
• Clear, effective communication skills to translate technical information for all levels.
• Strong documentation skills, using tools such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Deep understanding of highly complex, multi-platform applications and systems.

• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection is required for remote work.
