What you will do

• Own requirements from intake to Definition-of-Ready (DoR), producing user stories with acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
• Continuously work with stakeholders to improve request quality, fulfilling Definition of Ready with high standards.
• Partner with architects and engineering teams to align on solution design and support requirements discovery.
• Support reporting and analytics needs (fields, definitions, dashboards) with RevOps and BI teams.
• Define data models and taxonomies, prepare data mapping, and support migration and cutover planning.
• Prepare and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users, track defects, and contribute to release notes.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years as a Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering (user stories, Acceptance Criteria), process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Solid data literacy, including object/field design, mappings, and basic SQL/Sheets.
• Experience coordinating UAT and working across product, engineering, or operations teams.
• Confidence with Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools like Miro or Figma.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (BA, Admin, App Builder) or hands-on exposure to Sales/CS processes.
• Extensive experience with and deep knowledge of Jira.
• Familiarity with QA practices, release processes, or analytics tools.
• Experience with integrations (e.g., CTI system, scheduling, email tools).
