TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (FinTech): Leading data analytics and reporting for business performance within Global Consulting with an accent on operational analytics, monthly business reporting, and executive support. Focus on identifying process improvements using data-driven insights and developing analytics tools and dashboards like Power BI.

Location: Hybrid model - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote in Warsaw, Poland. Occasional remote work across Poland and international options available (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year - subject to internal policy).

What you will do

• Lead data analytics and reporting for utilization, forward loading, capacity planning, and operational KPIs.
• Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to support business management.
• Deliver accurate and timely business reporting, including monthly and quarterly dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to visualize trends and enable informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, business performance, or a technology-enabled environment.
• Proficient verbal and written English Language skills.
• Strong technical proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, MS Fabric, MS Power Automate, Python, SQL, VBA, macros, excel, and data modeling.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Comfortable communicating complex ideas in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A naturally curious and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical or technical field is preferred.
