What you will do
- Provide strategic administrative and operational support to the Chief Technology Officer and a VP, Engineering.
- Manage complex scheduling, balancing competing priorities and protecting leaders' focus time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and daily itineraries.
- Plan and execute meetings, offsites, and key engagements, ensuring clear purpose and alignment on outcomes.
- Act as a liaison, representing the leader and hirify.global’s values through professional communication.
- Lead initiatives and provide leadership team passdowns for the Engineering Executive Assistant community.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in administrative, business support, or customer service, with an emphasis on scheduling, event planning, travel management, and administration for leaders (or Bachelor's with 3+ years experience, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting multiple Vice Presidents or a C-suite leader in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience providing business operations support, including offsite planning and onboarding coordination.
- Ability to travel up to 10% to support business and/or customer needs, including local, domestic and international locations.
- Demonstrated executive judgment to resolve issues independently and anticipate needs proactively.
- Exceptional responsiveness and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
