What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of the US frontier AI policy strategy.
• Navigate and shape discussions across the complex DC and State landscape on how AI is governed.
• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key government stakeholders and the technical policy community.
• Partner with the government to ensure frontier AI delivers across strategically significant national challenges.
• Deliver multi-channel policy campaigns and build coalitions on important issues such as AI for Science.
• Partner with technical, research, and business development units to translate government requirements into actionable projects and potential commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience working within or closely with US government, preferably in technology policy, national security, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of the frontier AI landscape, including the technical nuances of language models and agents.
• Track record of leading high-impact policy design and advocacy, ideally within the technology sector.
• Strong grasp of technology policy and the ability to master complex technical and governance issues related to AI.
• Proven ability to influence internal and external audiences and build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
• A genuine passion for the potential of advanced AI and a commitment to contributing to hirify.global’s mission.
