Salary: $98,000 to $143,000

What you will do

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate travel and expense report submissions.
• Organize team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, and social events.
• Track key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
• Provide support to the organization in collaboration with other executive assistants.
• Assist with document writing and editing.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience providing executive support assistance at the sr. executive level
• Project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Google Calendar
• Experience with event planning
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High levels of integrity and discretion
