Salary: $177,000–$212,200 USD (San Jose based)

What you will do

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing ResOps team.
• Develop and own a Research Operations roadmap, prioritizing strategic initiatives for measurable outcomes.
• Reimagine core ResOps initiatives, including participant access, vendor strategy, research infrastructure, workflow automation, governance, and compliance.
• Establish Research Programs to empower Product Managers, Designers, and Product Marketing Managers for self-service research.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with legal, finance, security, design, product, and marketing teams.
• Define and report operational metrics to continuously improve efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years supporting research functions in a high-growth, global tech company.
• 1+ years building and leading Research Operations teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Proven experience partnering with legal, finance, and security on tooling, vendor management, governance, and budgets.
• Demonstrated success owning an operations roadmap and balancing near-term delivery with long-term scale.
