What you will do

  • Design, implement, and oversee organizational readiness programs.
  • Apply Lean methodology principles to streamline workflows and improve operational processes.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans to support new initiatives.
  • Track program performance, measure readiness, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Proven track record in managing organizational change and driving adoption of new initiatives, with exposure to Lean methodology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and develop strategic, forward-looking solutions.
  • Experience working across diverse teams and fostering alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheets.
