What you will do
- Create and manage a strategic territory plan to achieve sales quotas.
- Initiate contact with prospects via various channels, including telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Research potential customers and identify relevant prospects for outbound activities.
- Independently run discovery calls, product demos, and all customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment and stay informed on industry trends.
Requirements
- Fully fluent in English.
- Right to work and reside in Australia.
- Ability and willingness to commute to our CBD office in Brisbane 2 days per week (hybrid model).
- Strong oral and written presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales processes involving multiple decision-makers.
- A track record of building and managing pipelines, hitting targets, or matching solutions to customer needs.
Nice to have
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions or to SMB finance teams is highly valued.
