What you will do
- Acquire and expand SMB client accounts to fuel revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach (MEDDPICC/SPIN).
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and provide consistent, accurate forecasts.
- Contribute to market intelligence by sharing customer insights for product development and competitive positioning.
- Conduct daily calls, online meetings, and submit proposals/quotations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Possess a customer-centric approach throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain a competitive yet collaborative mindset.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
