System Administrator: Providing second-level support to all hirify.global employees and partners, responsible for tracking incidents and following up on user requests. Focus on identifying, investigating, and resolving technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring positive communication and customer satisfaction.

Location: Office-based in Montreal, Canada

What you will do

• Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues, requests, and incidents of varying complexity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and facilitate high-priority incident resolution.
• Escalate support requests to administrators based on priorities and requirements.
• Inform customers on request status and follow operational standards (SLO).
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to internal customer contacts (phone, email, messaging).
• Ensure a high level of service and follow up with internal customers for satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting IT technologies of various nature.
• Knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory & Azure, and Linux Servers.
• Knowledge of network & infrastructure technologies (Firewall, Proxy, DNS).
• Previous knowledge of Service Now, other ticketing systems, and basic ITIL concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada, including obtaining a work permit if required by the government.
