Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 USD (US residents) or $110,000 - $120,000 CAD (Canadian residents)

What you will do

• Provide advanced-level monitoring, operation, and support of network systems.
• Guide quality assurance activities and infrastructure testing to ensure network stability and performance.
• Lead investigations into network issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Maintain and evolve recommendations for improvements to network systems, tools, and operational processes.
• Design and lead network upgrade projects.
• Advise and support junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of designing, developing, and maintaining complex network operating systems.
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior internal and external relationships, often requiring influence and persuasion.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across teams to resolve moderately complex, loosely scoped problems.
• Experience mentoring or advising junior peers and contributing to team growth.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in network operations engineering or a related role.
