What you will do
- Define and drive product strategy for organic acquisition, aligning with company goals around growth and member value.
- Lead product discovery for organic user journeys, mapping end-to-end flows from discovery to first value.
- Build and scale acquisition foundations by owning and evolving landing page and category page experiences.
- Improve conversion and activation through experimentation with CTAs, layouts, messaging, and onboarding flows.
- Define and track clear KPIs for acquisition and activation, using data to inform prioritization and iteration.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and lead experiments with strong measurement and learning loops.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on acquisition, growth, marketplaces, or consumer products.
- Strong product fundamentals in problem framing, prioritization, discovery, delivery, and measurement.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams.
- Comfortable working with data to define metrics, analyze performance, and run experiments.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and their intersection with product, UX, and engineering.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience with organic traffic growth, CRO, or content-driven acquisition.
- Exposure to landing pages, category pages, or scalable acquisition surfaces.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation or A/B testing.
- Experience in e-commerce, savings, cashback, or comparison platforms.
- Experience presenting product strategy to senior leadership.
