What you will do

  • Define and drive product strategy for organic acquisition, aligning with company goals around growth and member value.
  • Lead product discovery for organic user journeys, mapping end-to-end flows from discovery to first value.
  • Build and scale acquisition foundations by owning and evolving landing page and category page experiences.
  • Improve conversion and activation through experimentation with CTAs, layouts, messaging, and onboarding flows.
  • Define and track clear KPIs for acquisition and activation, using data to inform prioritization and iteration.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and lead experiments with strong measurement and learning loops.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on acquisition, growth, marketplaces, or consumer products.
  • Strong product fundamentals in problem framing, prioritization, discovery, delivery, and measurement.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams.
  • Comfortable working with data to define metrics, analyze performance, and run experiments.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and their intersection with product, UX, and engineering.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with organic traffic growth, CRO, or content-driven acquisition.
  • Exposure to landing pages, category pages, or scalable acquisition surfaces.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation or A/B testing.
  • Experience in e-commerce, savings, cashback, or comparison platforms.
  • Experience presenting product strategy to senior leadership.
