Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid work with up to 20 days a year of working from anywhere.

What you will do

• Lead a full-stack development team, providing servant leadership, clear communication, and accountability.
• Manage stakeholders, translating technical concepts and reporting progress to ensure product value.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on user needs, business impact, and technical feedback.
• Facilitate discovery projects, breaking down problems and developing solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Own team project timelines, identifying risks, mitigating blockers, and ensuring continuous delivery.
• Create and break down the team's roadmap, ensuring alignment and commitment from all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management (Discovery and Delivery), ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record in delivering complex technical projects and managing technical and business requirements.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with agile and iterative product development methodologies.
• Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• English: Fluent written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with marketplace environments and payment services.
• German at C1 level.
