What you will do
- Provide top-level strategic account management to advertisers, ensuring retention and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate additional budgets and upsell new hirify.global products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Advise on clients’ digital strategy and educate them on hirify.global’s technology across channels and devices.
- Optimize accounts to improve performance for advertisers and maximize revenue and margin.
- Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPIs to identify personalized client solutions.
- Create personalized decks and presentations to drive impactful quarterly meetings.
Requirements
- Positive and proactive mindset, willing to learn and adapt to industry changes.
- Direct industry experience in digital advertising.
- Experience with UK clients is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success.

- Ability to work effectively across functions and teams.
