What you will do
- Acquire new customers and drive ACV for a specific set of accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process for complex solutions.
- Sell communication products to technical and business audiences, building trust and mutual respect.
- Balance challenging priorities and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- 9+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a track record of closing complex solutions to enterprise and software companies.
- Strong experience identifying and prospecting enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
- Proven success in selling complex, technical solutions like cloud communications platforms, APIs, and/or enterprise software.
- Experience in a quota-driven environment with a proven ability to close high-value deals (e.g., six to seven figures).
- Expertise in solution-based or consultative selling, with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Fluent French speaker.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to both a business and technical audience.
- Understanding of the CPaaS ecosystem, cloud communications (voice, SMS, chat, video), APIs, and telecommunications industry dynamics.
- Knowledge of enterprise technology architecture and how CPaaS solutions integrate with existing systems.
