What you will do
- Develop and maintain onboarding and induction for sales training in the Americas region.
- Support sales and customer support teams by sharing product and process knowledge.
- Liaise with department heads to identify training needs and skills gaps.
- Determine and evaluate key performance indicators to measure learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with counterparts to improve training content.
Requirements
- Experience training in a professional classroom environment, ideally within the IT industry.
- Approachable personality with a high degree of professionalism.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to relay information with consideration for culturally and linguistically diverse teams.
- High level of technical skill and knowledge.
- Previous eLearn design experience is advantageous.
