TL;DR

Senior Business Development Manager (Mobile Gaming): Expanding LoyaltyPlay's reach through complex, custom integrations and strategic partnerships with an accent on C-level relationship cultivation, deal negotiation, and commercial structuring. Focus on driving new revenue streams for mobile app publishers and translating partner requirements into product features.

Location: Hybrid in Montreal or Toronto, Canada (2 days/week in-office required)

What you will do

  • Initiate and cultivate relationships with C-level and VP-level executives for custom integration opportunities.
  • Lead all phases of the strategic sales cycle, including due diligence, business case building, and contract negotiation.
  • Manage the full pipeline of strategic opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting via Salesforce.
  • Serve as a bridge between strategic partners and internal Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements.
  • Champion new initiatives internally, securing buy-in from Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Design creative and scalable commercial structures aligning long-term incentives for Mistplay and partners.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development.
  • Proven track record of closing complex partnerships in mobile gaming, ad tech, or loyalty/consumer technology sectors.
  • Expertise in market expansion strategy, deal structuring, and new initiative go-to-market execution.
  • Strong executive-level relationship building, complex partnership negotiation, and an innovation mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot), market research tools (Sensor Tower, App Annie), and project management tools (Jira, Asana).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Finance.

  • An MBA is often preferred.
