What you will do

• Define and deliver a cutting-edge web platform that enables the creation of engaging and impactful web pages.
• Lead the technical strategy for the web platform, focusing on performance, availability, reliability, accessibility, and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to define strategy, roadmap, and timelines.
• Onboard new team members and cultivate a culture of technical excellence.
• Represent the web team's needs within broader frontend platform initiatives related to build, deploy, and monitoring processes.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of both static and server-side website architectures and technologies.
• Extensive experience leading the development of robust web platforms powered by Content Management Systems.
• Proficiency with at least one modern UI framework like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience working with marketing technology tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo, and Segment.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS.
• Understanding of technical SEO principles and optimization techniques.
• Prior Tech Lead experience with a strong track record of collaboration.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring mid-level and senior engineers.
