Salary: Base Pay Range: Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $157,000 - $185,000 USD. Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $139,000 - $163,000 USD. Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $122,000 - $144,000 USD. This role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Create high-quality, performant products that leverage technologies like React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
- Own and drive features from inception and design to implementation and launch, being the web expert on your team.
- Build and improve tools to support hirify.global's operations and platforms.
- Collaborate with design and product experts to rapidly iterate and ship financial products.
- Build frameworks and abstractions to materially accelerate and empower other developers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience with modern Web standards, technologies, and frameworks.
- Skilled at writing and efficiently debugging JavaScript in Node and browser environments.
- Have a track record of successfully leading projects and delivering large scope technical projects at scale.
- Constantly setting a high standard for code quality, advocating for best practices in testing, and improving code review processes.
