What you will do

• Own customer delivery from sales transition through production and expansion.
• Lead PoC and production execution across customers, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Act as the primary delivery owner for senior customer stakeholders (Director / VP / C-level).
• Drive PoC success and identify expansion/upsell opportunities.
• Improve delivery processes, handoffs, and operating cadence.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations, acting early to mitigate them.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience owning complex B2B or enterprise delivery engagements.
• Proven track record leading implementations, PoCs, or delivery-heavy programs.
• Comfortable working directly with senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity and an ownership mindset for outcomes.
• Experience coordinating engineering and technical teams without being a technical IC.
• Clear, structured communicator, calm under pressure.
