What you will do
- Drive the expansion of the App Marketplace by evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring partners that complement hirify.global’s product offerings.
- Collaborate with leaders across Product, Sales, Success, and Support to inform integration partnership strategy.
- Develop business cases using quantitative and qualitative analyses, evaluate financial models, and prioritize activities.
- Understand customer needs, identify product functionality gaps, and recommend integrations and enhancements.
- Shape and refine the App Marketplace program, optimizing for efficiency, growth, and commercial value.
- Communicate hirify.global’s product vision to partners within and outside the App Marketplace program.
- Help scale the team and supporting partner programs to meet strategic objectives.
- Support the management of hirify.global’s partner integrations ecosystem, ensuring goals and performance meet expectations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience preferably in Business Development, Management Consulting, Business Operations, or Product Management within SaaS companies.
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent business development skills, particularly with sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and signing software integration partnerships.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and work effectively cross-functionally.
- Experience in developing and presenting compelling, data-driven business cases to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
