TL;DR

GTM Strategy & Operations, Commercial (AI): Supporting the Startups sales segment within the Americas region, driving operational excellence, analytics, and process design to scale high-volume, high-velocity sales. Focus on designing tailored sales processes, building performance dashboards, and tracking consumption patterns for AI-native applications.

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid, expected to be in office 25% of the time). Visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: $190,000–$270,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as an S&O partner to Startups segment leadership, providing analytical support and process improvement recommendations.
  • Support Startups segment forecasting, pipeline management, and implement tailored sales processes and playbooks.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for team performance, funnel metrics, and productivity benchmarks.
  • Support operational infrastructure for the Earlybird credits program, including application processing and credit allocation tracking.
  • Help track and report on startup cohort performance, identifying patterns in consumption growth.
  • Coordinate with Applied AI, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and BDR teams on various Startups workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or strategy & operations roles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Experience with high-volume sales motions or operations supporting large account portfolios.
  • Proficiency with GTM systems including Salesforce and BI tools (Looker, Hex, Tableau).
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Experience at high-growth technology companies or in startup ecosystems.
  • Background supporting startup-focused sales teams or programs.
  • Experience in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or developer tools industries.
  • Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models.
