What you will do

  • Lead, manage, and support a group of Resellers focused on SMB services, restaurant, and retail businesses.
  • Drive revenue against annual sales quotas and contribute to Square's sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with all employees at each Reseller.
  • Help Resellers build strong sales funnels and ensure operational excellence.
  • Act as the sales lead and voice, collaborating with product teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop a sales culture rooted in individual/team development, coaching, and accountability.
  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales Enablement, Deals Desk, Strategy & Operations, Finance, Seller Experience, Marketing, and Risk to remove obstacles and close deals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales success in a high-growth company.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience, leading a team of sales managers.
  • Experience in high transaction volume SaaS application or financial services sales.
  • Extensive understanding and experience in a Reseller Channel.
  • Proven ability to drive high-performing sales teams and develop frontline sales leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in a metrics-driven sales organization.
  • BA/BS Degree.
  • English: B2+ required.
