TL;DR

RVP, Sales (SaaS): Driving key revenue streams through new customer acquisition and expansion of the existing customer base via a land and expand strategy with an accent on developing sales strategies and optimizing account executive performance. Focus on scaling sales organizations, penetrating geographic territories, and achieving revenue growth within the EMEA region.

Location: You must be based in Austin, Texas, and interested in a hybrid (3 days in office) role.

What you will do

  • Develop Sales and Pipeline development strategies to achieve new customer acquisition and ACV targets.
  • Mentor, coach, and support Account Executives to optimize team performance and improve revenue acquisition.
  • Assist Account Executives in closing opportunities and manage existing accounts to drive venue expansion.
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management, making recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members on the hirify.global sales process.
  • Present new business growth opportunities and analyze new verticals and geographies.
  • Scale sales organizations by designing effective business processes and developing supporting systems architecture.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in building B2B SaaS sales strategies and collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience, ideally in a SaaS business, managing budgets and executing effective sales processes.
  • You must be based in Austin, Texas, and interested in a hybrid (3 days in office) role.
  • Experience scaling an organization from $20M to $100M+ in revenue and developing highly effective sales teams.
  • A self-starter with a bias for action, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering impact in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience using CRM and productivity tools like Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite.
